1. Damages and Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To expedite the resolution process, provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For faulty products, we offer exchanges.
2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns. Certain items may have specific limitations:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for exchange.
3. Exchanges for Faulty Products
- Exchanges: We only accept exchanges for products that are found to be faulty. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange for an exchange of the faulty item.
